About the event
MOVE. MAKE. BLOOM. hosts a farewell to summer as we gather in the sands of Rockaway Beach by the Beach 108th Street Entrance facing the beautiful ocean! Our event begins with a brief chat while we share our philosophy and how we serve the community of Queens! Â We will then host a 45min mini Stretch & Strengthen Class, as provided in our dance-based fitness program at our studio!
Yoga Mat and Towel (preferably large) are required. Â Limited rentals are available :)

It gives us a chance to provide free or reduced services for those who cannot afford it, and also gives us an opportunity to come together as a community All of our complimentary offerings involve planning and costs so that we may provide services of great value!
