WHAT WE DO

At MOVE. MAKE. BLOOM., we’ve designed a workout experience that combines dance and fitness to help you tone, strengthen and get in shape like a professional dancer. Our dance-based fitness classes feature high-energy music and varying intensity levels to engage your entire body. Our workouts target different areas of focus, from cardio to full-body toning, and our experienced trainers draw from their professional dance backgrounds to provide guidance and motivation. Current Fitness Offerings

Barre Fit

A definite client favorite- with Barre Fit, you can expect a challenging and rewarding workout every time. Our classes are designed to strengthen, tone, and condition your body using the principles of dance and Pilates. We will guide you through the various exercises with focus on the core muscles.  Light weights and other props for light resistance are used to enhance your workout.

Stretch & Strengthen

Our Stretch & Strengthen classes offer a unique blend of light conditioning and strength exercises combined with stretching. Our approach involves using active, passive and dynamic stretching methods to improve flexibility and support it with strong active muscles. A slightly less intense option than Barre Fit, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated, limber and ready to tackle your day!

Barre Fit XPS

Looking for a quick and efficient workout? Our Barre Fit XPS class is for you. It's essentially the same as a regular Barre Fit class, with the added bonus of being slightly shorter to give an express version of the workout. Perfect for those days when you need to pop in and out quickly and get on with your day, or as an option for maintaining your workout routine when fatigued from other workouts during the week.

Cardio Dance

Our Cardio Dance classes are the perfect way to get your heart rate up, sweat, and burn fat. You don't need to be a pro to follow along; our fun and upbeat atmosphere will keep you moving and motivated throughout the session. Our classes are designed for clients to work on their rhythm while burning calories and improving their cardiovascular health. Come dance your way to a healthier you.
