MOVE. MAKE. BLOOM. has always believed that dance belongs to everyone. MOVE. MAKE. BLOOM. Initiative is our community arm ,  formalizing our history of free programming, public performances, and giving back to the Queens dance community.

From free outdoor movement experiences and holiday performances at PS 101, to public performances at Hudson River Park, the Queens Sign Community Block Party, and the LES Festival of the Arts, we have been bringing quality dance opportunities to our community long before it had a name.

MOVE. MAKE. BLOOM. Initiative exists to expand that mission, supporting access to rigorous dance training, creating paid opportunities for professional artists, and building Queens as a home for serious dance.
